The location and mountain climate were great. The bathroom needs a refresh.

Good food at the tavern, nice rooms, clean and quiet. The temperature was uncomfortable.

The place is close to trails and Bacówka on Bukowina, and the breakfasts were good with very friendly service at the breakfast hall. The property is large and spacious, set on a huge area with plenty of potential for use. However, the room’s cleanliness was lacking: after arrival we found a popcorn packet under the bed, and the nightstands had dust marks. One faucet in the bathroom was loose, causing the sink to become unusable; we reported the damage, but because it was a holiday weekend there was no chance of repair, which was disappointing since I had specifically chosen the largest bathroom for my comfort and that of my children. The same issue appeared with the espresso machine: I chose a room with an espresso machine expecting coffee upon arrival, but there were no capsules available. Capsules were restocked the next day, but there was no free outlet on the counter to plug the machine in, so we had to bend over the desk to brew coffee.
