“Good place”

A quiet spot with very friendly owners, though the tap water had some issues.

Super house, spacious, close to the beach and Coconut Tree Hill. The coastal bus stops right by the house every 3 minutes. The hosts are lovely and gave us a juice on arrival. We stayed an extra night because we felt so comfortable. Great for recharging and enjoying Mirissa and the surrounding area.

Excellent value for money. We really liked staying at this villa. No air conditioning, but it didn’t bother us much. In the yard there’s a bird feeder where green parrots, peacocks, and chipmunks come. The ocean is within walking distance, and we took a tuk‑tuk to a nicer beach. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, and there’s a washing machine outside. The host treated us to fresh watermelon juice, and on our last day she made breakfast and gave us a handmade tote bag. Very kind and thoughtful.

“Great place for a fair price”

The house is large and comfortable, and the location is great—just a 15‑minute walk to Mirissa beach. It’s off the main road, on a quiet street close to all the restaurants and shops. The owner lives in the back of the main house and they’re the sweetest! Wi‑Fi is decent, hot water is available, and the sheets, towels, and rooms were clean. They respond super quickly and are helpful and proactive. We had a great experience there! Bring a coffee filter if you want to brew your own coffee in the morning.

“Соотношение цена - качество”

A big house with a nice patio in front. The kitchen is well equipped. A large table and a good living room. Quiet in the mornings and evenings. Fair price for what you get; it would have been too expensive otherwise. Beaches are 10‑20 minutes on foot. The bed in the large bedroom is terribly squeaky and there are a lot of mosquitoes—hard to imagine where they come from each night, even flying under the canopies. The bathroom is small and not very pleasant.
