The hotel owner is very cheerful and enthusiastic, and the prices are affordable.

The hotel is close to the airport. The beds were basically box springs. The area is basically in the hood. Absolutely would not take card payment. Don’t expect to shower unless you are sitting on the toilet. The bathroom is worse than most homestays all over Vietnam. Right next to a busy highway, so expect to wake up to honking at 5:30am.

The location is good. The beds were kind of hard.

Nothing positive to mention! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The place is extremely noisy, you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING. From around 5 a.m., there was constant shouting inside the building, loud chickens outside, and heavy street noise. Sleeping was basically impossible. The elevator is ridiculously small, barely enough space for two suitcases, which made everything very inconvenient. The beds were rock hard, to the point where everything hurt the next day. The shower was honestly disgusting. If you can even call it a shower, it’s just a hose sticking out of the wall with a shower head. Very uncomfortable and unhygienic. Communication was also a big issue. The staff didn’t speak English, which made things unnecessarily difficult. To make it worse, they woke us up at 7:20 a.m. to tell us their card machine wasn’t working and that we needed to go find an ATM, even though there wasn’t one nearby. The area itself also felt strange and uncomfortable.
