The hotel’s location and customer service were good. Cielo was very friendly and willing to help with whatever was needed. The room was spacious, but the pillows could be improved and a desk with a chair inside the room would help with work.

Everything was normal. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could have been.

We booked and were then asked to pay to an account that isn’t linked to the reservation system; when we asked for confirmation it never arrived and they ignored our messages. Upon arrival they claimed the reservation didn’t exist, saying the site is run by someone separate from the hotel. Once inside they overcharged us, billing for three rooms while only offering two at a higher price. Because it was too late to find another place we had to stay and pay the extra. The advertised breakfast also didn’t exist; staff said it had been discontinued long ago even though it’s still listed online. It feels like a complete scam—I can’t understand how they’re still listed.
