Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa

“Premium price, poor product.”

Location is awesome, perfectly located close to the royal mile/Castle etc. Taxis were readily available. The rooms are very dated and felt similar to that of a premier inn, not a sheraton. The shower in room 352 was also very pool, poor pressure and a half working shower head. We stayed on a Bed and breakfast basis, went down for Breakfast just after 10 am (Breakfst stops at 1030) there were no tables available initially, then when we finally got seated, their was a line for breakfast and half the choices were not ready, Buffet breakfaast was very dissapointing

The location is great, and Isabelle at reception was exceptional. The décor could use a little touch‑up.

The location is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are excellent. Nothing to add.

“Bastante descepcionante”

It’s a fairly well‑decorated Sheraton, but the room service was very poor: cleaning arrived too late and they didn’t restock essentials like shower soap, leaving trash in the room. For a Sheraton, it was disappointing.
