“Bourbon”

Friendly staff, good location, clean and tidy, nice apartment for coffee, beautiful room, comfortable bed, every recommendation. Breakfast was thin, in French style 2 eggs 1 baguette, all mini. The walls were like paper; they kept jumping on them above our heads.

“Comfortable, clean, and easy to get to public transportation.”

The location was very quiet and walkable, close to great restaurants and grocery stores. The staff were kind and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. I didn’t like that breakfast had to be eaten in the room, and I wasn’t happy about having multiple trays of food delivered to my bed.

The location, room design, and helpful staff were great. The room itself was beautiful but inconvenient: the bathroom sink wasn’t working properly, there was no shampoo or shower gel when we arrived, and the staff only provided them the next day when we asked (no conditioner). The shower area had no spot to store shampoo, and there were no hangers for towels, making it awkward to keep them in the bathroom. Since the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, they offered to bring breakfast to the room.

I was served only bread and juice, so I think we ordered the wrong thing. I really appreciated Hugo, the gentleman who checked us in; he was very pleasant and helpful. However, we received a package for our anniversary at the hotel that had been opened, everything removed, and then taped back up—very disappointing. We also felt the bathroom needed more hooks for hanging personal items and clothes. The towel rack was fine, but the lighting over the sink was very poor. Finally, we expected a view, yet the room faced a wall.

“Great stay”

The location and breakfast were excellent. Nothing to complain about.
