“Recepcionistas encantadores en un buen hotel.”

The front‑desk staff were a delight: they help with everything and are very kind (many of the Tayikos are like that). The breakfast was a bit too sweet but still enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the air was good, the bathroom was large, and the room was sound‑proofed. It’s very well located, on the 13th floor of Hotel Ferdavsi. The Wi‑Fi in my room (15th floor, at the far end of the corridor) was weak.

Our room was near the laundry room, so the machinery made a lot of noise whenever it ran. We told management several times, but nothing was done. At breakfast we had to ask staff each time to clean the table after previous guests finished. No one checked if guests needed help. We had to repeatedly ask for plates, spoons, and even for the coffee machine to be cleaned. Overall, the breakfast service was poorly organized and the staff were not attentive enough to guests’ needs.

I met friendly staff, the spot was great, the price was good, and the rooms stayed clean.

The hotel’s location, the friendly staff and the breakfasts were all strong points, but a series of small issues dragged the experience down: there was no kettle or TV remote, only one towel per guest in a four‑star property, the trash wasn’t cleared after the first night and they didn’t restock tea, shampoo or water; the extra night cost an excessive $68, whereas the first night booked on Booking was only $38, almost half the price, and although the problems were eventually addressed, the service shortcomings left a lingering disappointment.
