The room and facilities were clean, the beds comfy, and everything needed was provided. A lovely hotel with lovely staff, and we’ll book again for our next trip to Blackpool. Nothing.

The location was good, the place was clean, the staff friendly and dog‑friendly. The beds were comfortable, though a bit too soft for me (my son loved his). For a budget, dog‑friendly hotel for one night it was perfectly acceptable. The room was advertised as having a fridge, but it didn’t (would’ve been nice to have a cold drink). I could hear every sound from the room above, including what they were watching on the TV at 1 am. Noise from other guests in the early hours was annoying, but I appreciate we were in Blackpool! While it’s a budget hotel, a few touches, like soft fluffy towels, would have made it better.

I loved the location and the little extras, but we wished the room had a table and chairs since we enjoy playing cards, even though we know the room is small.

The location was great, it’s pet friendly which mattered a lot, the hosts were friendly, professional, and helpful, we got good value for money, slept well, and the parking was close by.

The place was clean, in a good spot, and the hosts were excellent, though the room was a bit tight for a family, it still worked for us.
