“Never again”

I paid 129.43 and still got no ice, which is unacceptable for that price. The staff were noisy all night while I was trying to sleep after traveling from Dallas to Amarillo.

The room looked clean, had plenty of towels, and the shower water pressure was good. The recliner was a nice touch. However, unlike other hotels with kitchenettes I've stayed in, this one had nothing in the kitchen—no dishes, silverware, or even a coffee maker—so I had to ask the front desk for what I needed, which was annoying. The carpet was stained in several spots and there was no lighting near the recliner.

I had a good experience overall, not much to complain about. I did dislike that the side door was broken, so I had to walk around the building to enter. Also, I expected a better breakfast and was pretty disappointed. I feel they could do better for the price and type of hotel it is.

I was impressed with the size and spaciousness of my room, which was a definite plus. The kitchenette was also a great feature, but I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't enter the building through the side door and had to walk all the way around to the front instead.
