I had a nice, comfy stay at the place.
“Poor overpriced no cartaker, no clean room , bedsheet, it is very itchy. Our login was delayed because no caretaker was”
The hotel was overpriced, had no caretaker, the room wasn’t clean, the bedsheet was itchy, and there was no electricity.
The property is away from the crowded part of Varkala and near the beach.
What the website showed was far from what we experienced: no towels, no fan, no toilet, a spider web on the pillow, mud on the sheets, and the toilets were unhygienic. The cleaning lady moved our belongings while we were away, our shoes were stolen, and the room was extremely hot and humid.
The location is great and the ambience is quiet, but the roads to the resort are not good.
