Check in and check out were smooth, but I spent 30 minute looking for the TV remote, which was under the bed.

Good quality, clean & comfortable. Friendly, pleasant & all‑round helpful staff, especially Emma who went the extra mile, and the maid service did a great job. We’ve stayed here several times and never been disappointed. Great breakfast & great service 👍. The shower was excellent, though the water didn’t drain very well.

Friendly reception with a warm welcome, coffee machine at reception for complimentary drinks a nice touch, good location. Very noisy at night from music from the Stack opposite Breakfast average, tea & coffee served with breakfast not great
