Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waterville - North by IHG

The service was excellent, the room comfortable, and the location spot‑on – nothing to complain about.

“Clean and spacious one-bedroom suite”

We were a group of four and the room had enough space, plus a foldable bed in a separate room that was essential for us; the rooms and bathroom were clean, the beds comfy. Breakfast offered scrambled eggs, sausages, patties, yogurts, etc., which was handy if you’re planning an early start and a long trip. The only downside was the mattress on the folding bed – it was quite flat and not supportive, but overall the positives outweighed it.

The location was the main draw, and the breakfast turned out to be a nice bonus.

The rooms were modern and clean, and the pool was tidy and well kept. The Wi‑Fi was so bad that we had to switch it off on our phones and use data instead; nothing would load.

“Super agréable”

The pool, breakfast and the comfort of the room were all excellent, and nothing was wrong – everything was perfect.
