The staff were kind, straightforward, friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is old but clean. Two nights there were good. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The room was spacious and had everything you need. The location was a problem: it was on a busy street, especially at night when large agricultural vehicles passed by, which made sleeping difficult. We had hoped the restaurant would offer more Franconian dishes, but we were disappointed; however, there was plenty of variety. You had to pay directly at the restaurant and could not charge it to the room. That’s not a big issue, but it feels a bit outdated today. The staff were very friendly.

We were kicked out early even though we wanted to stay after dinner. The staff wanted to finish early because the daily business was exhausting. It’s not the best place for a family gathering. The rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and the food at the restaurant was tasty.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff extremely kind. Breakfast was simple but generous. The staff present during our stay didn’t speak English, but given the technology we live in that was not a problem at all. We stayed there for the 4x4 fair in Bad Kissingen, reachable in 20/25 minutes by car. We’ll definitely return.
