“We enjoyed our stay but we wouldn’t book with breakfast”

We liked the drinks and snacks the reception offered in the afternoon—they were good value. The reception staff were friendly; we asked for a phone charger adaptor and they let us keep it for the whole stay. Our room was cozy and nicely decorated, just a 10‑minute walk from the central station. The pillows were uncomfortable, cleaning could improve, and breakfast was subpar. For a 4‑star hotel we expected better choices and higher‑quality ingredients. The dishes had no labels, so you couldn’t tell if it was ham or chicken, what kind of cheese was served, and there was no butter—just margarine. The coffee was awful; the cappuccino was just foam, and the late‑night café drink tasted like dirty water.

“Not bad at all, would recommend for younger crowds.”

The location was great, the staff are very kind, and the building itself is very nice. The snacks at the highland were good. However, there are a lot of stairs, the double room is not that big, cleanliness wasn’t perfect and could be better, and there’s no help after 17:00—you have to go to the neighboring hotel.
