The place is quiet and well located if you have a car. Rooms are new, clean, and the beds are comfy, though a bit narrow. Check‑in and check‑out are quick, and the host is friendly and helpful. There's an open common area with a fridge, microwave, chairs, and tables for cooking and eating, and the pool is well maintained. The only hiccup is the common area could use better organization and cleaning, and parking is limited to just three cars.
