Location. House is OLD, not properly maintained, COMMUNAL bathroom for three rooms, no bathroom on the first floor, TV is 10", kitchen is in the private quarter and locked most of time, breakfeast is not continental, but cooked on descreation of the staff

The place was spotless and snug, and Laureen was courteous and warm.

The value was decent and the rooms were adequate, making it fine for a one‑night stop. However, there was only one bathroom for three rooms, and we could hear conversations downstairs through the floor heating grate. Breakfast was very basic, just eggs and pancakes.

The location is very good - close to Hunter mountain and some nice restaurants. One shared bathroom between the 3 rooms in the house. This is not made clear in the description of the rooms
