The breakfasts and dinners were basically perfect! The staff were disrespectful, the service was unacceptable, and the minibar prices were extremely high.

“Très bien”

The buffet was varied and appetizing, letting us taste local products, and the staff were helpful and smiling. Alcohol was free and unlimited, but a one‑liter bottle of water cost 4 €, which is outrageous.

The room was clean and comfy, but it was annoying that people had reserved the sun loungers.

Everything was amazing – the hotel spaces, the staff, the food was excellent, and the pools had exclusive areas. We loved everything! Nothing to complain about.

I liked the relaxed vibe and the staff were very friendly. However, the cleaning was superficial, the beds weren’t made properly, it was very noisy, and the pool tiles were slippery. In short, the standards weren’t met and the kids kept slipping.
