The linens were clean and the bed comfortable, and there was a table in the room. The AC worked well. The owner and their family were very nice and friendly, doing what they could to accommodate us. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants within a few minutes’ walk, plus convenience stores and a coffee shop nearby. However, the amenities were minimal: no hooks in the room—even for hanging a towel in the bathroom—and no wardrobe for clothes. The toilet was leaking and the bathroom floor stayed wet, and the TV was broken.

It’s located right in the center of tourist spots and restaurants, and there was nothing to complain about.

The location is great, and there were no issues.

The room was comfortable for a few nights and very close to the port for White Island. The owners were not around or didn’t respond to messages, and the guests in the room next to us were extremely noisy very early in the morning.
