The bed and sheets were really nice. But there was no hot water in the shower, no sink, and no toilet paper. The lobby had many ants and no one was there to greet me.

The location and the food shop were good. The check‑in process was very weak; this was the second time I experienced it. When I called, the staff spoke rudely and raised their voices. I booked online and was ready to pay, but the owner never sent me a message with the room number for a smooth check‑in. It felt like we had to walk in as a guest. What’s the point of an online system when all the customer details and room booking are already there?
