Great location, easy access to everything, could have been a bit cleaner – kitchen floor was sticky, shower had mold and random black hair, room had a capsule coffee maker but no capsules or cups

Common areas, the stairwell was dirty, full of dust and never cleaned

The location is fantastic—so many restaurants nearby, and we walked to all the sights. Check‑in was convenient, the room and all areas were spotlessly clean, and everything was set up for comfort. The view from the window, the cozy living room, and the staff who were always reachable made us very happy; I definitely recommend it.
