“Disappointed ☹️”
Josh who seemed to be everyone and everything was the only thing that kept us there for our 2nd night. Cramped room, window onto back of kitchen made room noisy, slippery shower and very strong smell of weed in room corridor had to put towel down to block smell coming under our door
The owner was extremely friendly and offered us a special spot to dine because the pub was full. He also animatedly told us about the history of the place. Breakfast was very extensive, and a special porridge was even made for our daughter! The room was clean with tidy beds, and the shower was lovely.

The beds were comfortable and the facilities were adequate. The shower was dated and low quality, and the temperature was hard to regulate. Cobwebs hung from the ceiling, and the entrance hallway smelled stale and damp.
“I'd like to stay again next time we make the trip”
The spot was great for our trip, with plenty of parking. We enjoyed a nice dinner at the bar that evening, and the rooms were comfortable. We checked out early the next morning to keep traveling, so we missed breakfast. The only gripe was that the shower in one room had slightly low water pressure, but it wasn’t a big deal.
