The room turned out far smaller than the pictures showed; the sink was oddly placed outside the toilet and beside the bed. I missed the pool because I didn’t check earlier. Breakfast is à la carte with a limited selection, not a buffet.

The location is excellent, right in the city center with good public transport. The room was clean, but the fridge wasn’t cold and had a funky odor—consider replacing it.

“Nice experience but can get better”

I requested complimentary birthday decorations and they were granted; thanks for the service. The staff were great from check‑in, through breakfast, to check‑out. My room offered a nice view, and the breakfast choices were good. I could walk to the next hotel, Momo, and learned it’s managed by the same group but with a different concept and price range. The hotel lacks a bidet, the lamp switch is confusing—one switch per lamp would help—and parking is a bit far, using a third‑party lot.

The interior design is stylish and the quality is high; the beds are comfortable and the staff are helpful and friendly. The lighting in the room is poor and very dark, though it feels cozy. Both layers of window shades block most light, and if you open them you’re visible to monorail passengers passing by.
