The location was great and it was clean. I personally missed a kettle.

Despite a confirmed and prepaid booking for three people with an extra bed, the hotel didn’t find our reservation upon arrival. After 16 hours of driving with two kids, we were met by a very rude receptionist who told us we could sleep on the street and that it wasn’t her problem. We ended up with one double bed: the kids slept in it, and I slept on the floor without extra bedding or a pillow. A very unpleasant experience and completely unacceptable customer service.

The staff were friendly. The location was good because it’s not far from the main train station. The room was fairly small, and the sink dripped from the bottom and needs repair.
