We were welcomed warmly and helped right away; after half a day we were family, and Lino with his sister treated us wonderfully. Lino even opened the doors to his restaurant O’Valone, pampering us like only the Neapolitans know how to, and I highly recommend it. Our trips to Naples will always start here.

The room was beautiful and clean, the B&B sits right in the center of Pozzuoli, everyone was very kind and ready to help with any request, so I strongly recommend this place. I would add a trash bin in the apartment and a towel rack for beach towels, and maybe a few more croutons – three are too few – but these are just suggestions; the property satisfied me and I hope to return.

The room was nice and clean, with air‑conditioning. In the bathroom there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the 4‑person room. The terrace is lovely but neglected. Breakfast was awful, with very little variety in food and drinks, not even a fruit juice!

It was very close to the port and restaurants. As soon as I arrived the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, I called again and they didn’t answer; the check‑in required walking a long way and the staff never responded. Breakfast was terrible – only three options – and the bar was far from the hotel, so it wasn’t worth it. The worst part was the doors made a lot of noise, everything could be heard, there was no privacy, a large group in the room next door made so much noise that at 11:30 pm I had to ask them to keep it down – that was the worst. Cleaning was poor; the bathroom still had items from the previous guest, the walls and the building looked like they might collapse at any moment. I don’t recommend it; if you’re on a tight budget it’s okay, otherwise avoid it – better to stay elsewhere.
