Saisawan Beach Luxury Hotel

I loved almost everything about this place, but unfortunately, the bed was a major letdown. It was way too hard, and I woke up with a sore back both nights. The price was 1900 baht per night, which I thought was a bit steep considering the quality of the bed. Maybe they could consider replacing it with a softer one?

We were really impressed with the communal areas at this hotel - the kids' playroom was a lifesaver for us, and the lobby had some amazing views of the sea. However, our stay was marred by a few issues, like the fact that our balcony had no furniture, the breakfast was pretty poor even by Thai standards, and the staff seemed to forget to clean our room more than once. To top it all off, the neighborhood was a bit of a walk from anywhere, so we had to rely on transport to get around.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, it was let down by the hotel's staff and facilities. The staff had a pretty negative attitude, and the rooms themselves looked like they needed a serious renovation. Maybe they're working on improving things, but for now, it's not exactly a great experience.

“Get what you pay for”

We loved the location of this hotel, and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. But what really let us down was the fact that all the rooms had twin beds, which wasn't what we were expecting. To make matters worse, the mattresses were some of the hardest I've ever slept on, and I ended up with a bad back after just three nights. I complained to the manager, but they just said that all the beds were the same in every room.

“The Hotel will not be my first choice”

The biggest problem with this hotel was the lack of a shower in the bathroom - it was a bit of a shock to find that out when we were getting ready for the day. And while the breakfast buffet had a decent selection, the quality of the food was a bit of a letdown.
