The location was good, the breakfast had music, the afternoon tea was nice, and most staff were helpful. The only issue was a particular employee named Gil who was rude and should be reassigned to a non‑public‑facing role; I paid a lot for that kind of service. I expect respect in return. The room had no cable TV, even though the ads promised it, and the parking was far from the lodge.

Live music during breakfast and the electric shower were positives. In room 218, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, probably because it was far from the reception.
