Hotel Del Lago, Puigcerdà, is situated 200 metres from the town centre, opposite a scenic lake. The hotel features a free spa with indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, plus free Wi-Fi. Rooms have air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and wooden floors. Large gardens, outdoor pool, and ski storage are also offered, with over 10 ski slopes nearby and golf course at 3 km.

The staff were very kind and attentive, the rooms comfortable and clean, the garden lovely, and the location great. The only small flaw was the background music in the garden, which we felt was unnecessary; we would have preferred the natural quiet of the place.

The location was lovely and quiet, with great pools and a nice park opposite, plus a short walk into town; the balcony offered a great view. The room lacked tea and coffee facilities, the air‑con was faulty and the room got very hot, and breakfast was pricey and extra.
