The hotel’s infrastructure is excellent. Rooms are spacious, the linen is good quality, the shower has good pressure, and the internet is reliable. I only gave 8 instead of 10 because of the transfer service. I chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport and its transfer service. I understand that mishaps happen, but the hotel caters mainly to guests who arrive for flights, and a failure in this process really hurts the experience. The transfer was delayed, the reception was not proactive in notifying us, we had to keep asking and they always said it was on its way (without really knowing the location). I ended up missing my flight and had to pay for rescheduling two tickets. The hotel itself is very good, but this point ruined the entire experience.

Ibis offers great value for those who want to stay near the airport. Check‑in and check‑out are quick. The elevator is crowded and takes a long time, especially during coffee hours. The bathroom door in the room didn’t close properly.
