I booked two rooms through the app, but they gave those rooms to other guests who paid a little extra, without even contacting me to confirm my booking. When I called, they told me the rooms were no longer available and offered me a 6–8 person room instead, but only if I paid an additional ₹2,000. This is an unprofessional and unfair way to do business.

This place is exceptional good😊. It was clean and tidy. The rooms were as shown in the pictures. The host and staff were very helpful and attentive. The location is accessible and near to seven sisters falls. Overall had a great stay and will definitely come back here

The guest house sits in a convenient spot and the host was clean and quick to respond, which I appreciated; I would definitely suggest it to travelers heading out alone or with a group, though not for couples. The room lacked enough furniture or shelves to store belongings or even open a bag, and the water would sometimes run out, requiring me to ask the manager to turn it on; if a large group stays nearby, the normally quiet setting turns into a very loud scene at night when they start having fun.

If you’re planning to visit Seven Sisters, Eco Park, or Nohakalikai Falls, this place works; the attractions are about 2.6 km away, Mawlynnong is roughly 80 km, the double‑decker is around 23 km, and Shillong Police Bazaar is 55 km distant, and you can stay here on a budget of 1400–1500.
