Zimmer bei Anreise nicht bezugsfertig. Wir mussten 1 Stunde warten. Badezimmer mit einer Dusche in der Badewanne. Kaum zu glauben bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. WC zum Teil kaputt. Deckenleisten hingen herunter

The hotel was convenient for the place I was heading to. A bit disappointing that there was no U or S-Bahn nearby, but the hotel itself was fine. Some fittings seemed worn: the door handle inside the room came off, the shower knob was unscrewed and I had to screw it on, and when I showered the tap was running and vice versa, maybe something to do with the setting knob.

A lovely breakfast with a nice selection, plus a central spot and private parking. The hotel is very quiet, traffic is barely audible, and overall it’s a great place with good facilities. The only downside was that there was only one coffee machine for breakfast; having two would have cut the line length.

The three‑bedroom suite was huge, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the room was broken.
