The mattress in the second room we stayed in was good, and the receptionist was very helpful, finding us another room. The kitchen was great and the service staff were attentive and helpful. The mattresses in the first room sagged, and the receptionist wouldn’t allow us to change rooms, telling us we had to handle it with Booking. The second room was hot due to pipes running through the floor, so the only fix was to leave the window open. The menu offered too many guanaco dishes, which are wild animals.
