The hotel was very pretty, clean, and the staff at the reception, service, kitchen, cleaning, and the house and yard workers who handle logistics and outdoor cleanliness were all friendly and professionally competent. The only gripe was a high‑level complaint about a sharp edge in the bed area of room 1 that posed a tripping hazard in the dark; maybe a small light source would help.
