They accommodated my special request, which wasn’t in the booking, with great courtesy and willingness.

The location is perfect, and the wellness area and pool are great. Dinner was especially good, with a wide variety of dishes and daily specials. The room is spacious with a balcony, a sofa, a desk, a small table with armchairs, a mini‑fridge, a kettle for coffee, tea and herbal drinks, a comfortable and well‑furnished bathroom, lightning‑fast Wi‑Fi, and a large, high‑quality TV. Even though the room faces the highway, it’s well sound‑proofed. The staff and owners were very friendly. I did have a bit of trouble getting used to the pillows, and I’d prefer a firmer mattress.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Kanazei, close to the lift. It’s the best spot in winter!
