The rooms were spotless and offered a fantastic view, but the staff left a lot to be desired. Nong, the night‑shift worker, was a genuine gem—kind and sweet—but the two receptionists on the morning and evening shifts behaved like clueless kids and were downright rude.

The location was convenient, but the hotel demanded a deposit for a hair dryer, which I found absurd. The bed felt like a rock and was far from comfortable. The front desk called my room 20 minutes before check‑out to urge me to leave, yet I stayed another 20 minutes, which felt incredibly discourteous—something I’ve never experienced at any other hotel I’ve stayed in, even on my frequent travels.
