The rates were reasonable, the overall cleanliness was good, and there were many tea options, making the stay in the room very comfortable. However, as a first‑time guest at 東横INN, I was bothered that the breakfast area was right next to the lobby and the parking lot was visible, which made it hard to eat in peace.

The facilities were tidy, but the sink drainage was slow and the touch‑screen check‑in was a hassle.

The staff were sincere and their greetings and language were very good. Unfortunately, having only two washing machines was insufficient.

米沢駅周辺のホテルの中では、駅に一番近いほうかな。イオンスーパマーケットも徒歩５分ほどで行けるので買い物には困らない。エレベータは１基しかないので、昇降スピードは速くていいが。. 結局東横インの朝食は、こんなものかなという感じ。無料朝食だからと言ってしまえばそれまででしかないが。写真ではもう少し品数があるように見えたが、実際にはそんなことはなく、がっかり。浴室設備も古いタイプで狭いし。
