The room was awesome. The breakfast was very good. The location was quiet. The staff were friendly. The carpet had a faint scent and looked a bit worn, but that’s a minor issue.

“Beautiful Hotel Centrally Located”

It’s in the center with a lot to see on foot. Every morning the breakfast was tasty and varied. The staff were very helpful and the room was gorgeous. I’d definitely come back if I’m in Berlin again.

The spot is amazing, the hotel feels traditional and charming, and the facilities are solid. The front desk team is incredible, super helpful, and friendly, and the late check‑out option is a rare treat. I asked if I could re‑book until we left for the airport on our late evening flight, but there were no rooms left; we were allowed to stay in the lounge for as long as needed. I had a bit of a stomach issue and they gave me some tea—exceptional service. The only downsides were a few carpet stains and a lot of dust, especially on top of the wardrobe. The courtyard looked a bit neglected, and the single ashtray could use a clean and perhaps more ashtrays. The small things won’t stop me from booking again.
