There were many pets, the mattresses were good, and with no running Wi‑Fi you could sleep well if the window was closed; however, the equipment is at least 50 years old, the breakfast offered was subpar and served on a plastic tray, the property is in a vineyard but 300 m from an industrial area, a freight‑heavy railway at night, and a highway; we stayed only 3 nights as part of our South Tyrol tour, but it was by far the worst accommodation compared to all others, and the price/value ratio was completely off.
