The staff are friendly and very helpful, the location is great, and the facilities, comfort and breakfast are good. The lodge is decent, but the value for money isn’t quite justified; the price feels a little disproportionate.

Although the hotel's location was its only redeeming quality, it fell short in other areas, including outdated infrastructure, a basic breakfast, and poor maintenance of the kids' space and pool.
