The staff were friendly and helpful, and the automated check‑in was very efficient. However, there was no minibar, the room and bathroom were tiny, and this was especially disappointing given the high price.

“Decent hotel in a good location. The hotel was more utilitarian, not somewhere you want to unwind.”

The spot was conveniently close to many tourist spots, shopping malls, and convention centers, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but offered enough choices that even my 11‑month‑old could eat; the roasted pumpkin was a hit with her. On the downside, the room’s cleanliness was suspect – we found trash and other items under one of the beds, which made us question how thorough the cleaning was before we arrived. The room was also very small, with a window looking out onto the main street; while the view was nice, the noise from motorbikes at night was annoying.
