I chose this hotel because the breakfast was included, but I was surprised to find that the check‑in did not actually include it; parking could be easier, and the room was very hot.

The staff were friendly, but the menu could use more variety (e.g., two types of cheese instead of one), and the corridor lights should be a bit stronger.

The place was very dirty.

The B&B is great, close to the university campus and bus stops for a possible trip to the city; the breakfast isn’t very rich, but it’s still plentiful.
