The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet is very varied; a free shuttle runs three times a day to the Old Town, and there’s complimentary access to a private beach with a 5‑minute shuttle service. A construction site is currently in front of the entrance, but it’s quiet, and the evening offers limited dining options.

“Great stay close to the beach”

We stayed for six days in two rooms and loved the unique style: wooden furniture, spacious rooms with a beautiful traditional Vietnamese vibe, all solid, comfortable, and well-made. The hotel was spotless, peaceful, and quiet. Breakfast was good, with plenty of fresh fruit, and we especially enjoyed the charming little garden where exotic fruits grew. The staff were consistently kind and helpful. The beach is just across the road and within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of massage places and other useful services nearby. A minor misunderstanding about an extra bed at the start of our stay was resolved quickly by the staff. The only small inconvenience was that breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m., a bit early for us while on holiday, but we understood that early breakfast hours are common in Vietnam.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the compliments from the hotel and team left a very pleasant impression; the price/value ratio is excellent! Miss Vivian and the hotel team were very attentive to us. The beach near the hotel lacks ready beach infrastructure, probably because of nearby construction; hopefully the situation will improve in the future.

The staff were fabulous, super friendly and helpful, and the shuttle bus was great; the location is not too far from the city centre. Nothing else to add.
