The property is great, the location is excellent, and the staff were amazing!

The entertainment team was fantastic, especially the astro and chocolatae shows. The rooms felt very old‑fashioned, with beds that were too hard, and the palace didn’t feel like an upgrade over the other two resorts. Dining was limited to a single selection, and there was only one disco that closed at 11 pm. Room bathrooms lack a fan and vent.

The room was incredible, complete with aromatherapy that made every entrance feel relaxing and inviting—absolutely loved it! The only downside was the noise from planes flying overhead all day because of the proximity to the airport.

The staff were absolutely amazing—attentive and welcoming, making the stay better overall. Dining at the Montego buffet was a highlight, especially since the food has improved since my last visit, and the resort’s bars, particularly the 24‑hour bar, offered plenty of loungers so I didn’t have to wake up early to reserve one. However, the hotel has different tiers; areas like the Aqua bar, part of the buffet restaurant, the Lime bar, and the beach are off‑limits unless you’re an Elite member. The smoking area is uncomfortable, lacking shade and proper seating, forcing me to sit on a tiled bench in the intense heat on some days; that space needs a redesign.
