The staff were excellent and the food selection was good, and being right on the beach was lovely, but we couldn't enjoy the outdoor dining because of how many guests were smoking, which was a real problem, especially since my husband has asthma.

Schönes Gebäude mit beeindruckender Architektur. Nettes hilfsbereites Rezeptions-Team. Das Reinigungspersonal schafft es nicht das Hotelgelände, die Pools und die Zimmer sauber zu bekommen. Es liegt zum Teil daran, dass uralte Putzlappen werden verwendet und keine professionellen Reinigungs-Geräte vorhanden sind. Die Pools sehen alle schmutzig aus. Mehrfach wurden tagsüber Teile des Pools mit Chemikalien gesäubert - während Gäste im Pool schwammen - was dazu führte, dass deutliche Schlieren auf dem Wasser schwammen. Das Meer ist ebenfalls dreckig, weil direkt am Hotel Schiffe liegen und Abfälle ins Wasser gelangen. Zu guter letzt - nach 14 Tagen Rundreise durch verschiedenste Hotels wo alles tip top war - wurden wir auch noch krank im Grand Palace weil die Hygiene im Hotel so schlecht war

All staff were fantastic, friendly, and eager to help; rooms stayed clean at all times, and the à‑la‑carte restaurant was excellent too, so I'll be back soon, and there's nothing else to complain about.

The beach was great, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Service exceptional, wonderful pool and garden area. Some parts could be better maintained, like bathrooms
