The breakfast spread offered a solid variety: egg omelette, biscuits and gravy, danish, and several cereals. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken, so I had to head down to the 2nd floor for ice.

They charged me a $100 incidental fee. I called and left a message for the manager, but I haven’t heard back; I’ve reached out to my credit card company instead.

The staff helped me with my problems. The booking system was unaware of the $100 accidental fee.
