Ottima posizione e ottima qualità del cibo. Mancanza di un locale per deposito valigie o locale doccia. Piscina poco accessibile

The location, buffet, staff, and the hotel itself were wonderful. However, we were given the keys and surprised upon arrival because the room wasn’t ready. I had requested a shower instead of a bathtub, but we were assigned a room with a shower for people with reduced mobility. The next day I asked for another room with a normal shower, but the answer was negative. The housekeeping didn’t clean properly behind the curtains.

Overall everything was fine: the staff was friendly and the facilities were good.
