The renovated hotel is nice with a very good breakfast. The location is quite noisy, but we closed the windows and slept fine :)). It’s a solid base for exploring, close to the metro and bus stops. The pool was closed – that didn’t bother our family, but if you care about it, check availability first. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend it. Asia The bathroom needs hooks – there’s nowhere to hang or dry towels.

“Buena atencion de sus empleados, buenos cuarto y ojala puedan contar con servicio en español”

The staff were very helpful in finding activities that matched our needs, the bar runs 24/7, and we received a complimentary tea upon arrival. The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was great. Everything went well overall, but it would be nice to have Spanish-speaking staff in the future.
