I chose this spot because of its location, as I had things to do nearby and needed a simple place to sleep. The cleanliness was lacking: the room was damp, everything was black, the bathroom curtains, walls, and floor were dirty, the facilities were old, and a rug was missing from the bathroom so you couldn’t dry your feet and water would reach the door or exit the room.

The place is well located, but the bathroom is in bad shape and the towels are never changed.

Only the location mattered; it’s close to Aeroparque. The facilities are very old and unclean. The bathroom was a disaster, the bed was old and uncomfortable, and the bedding and towels looked worn and not very clean. There was a strong damp smell throughout the room. Many of the amenities listed on the app were missing. I would not recommend it under any circumstances.
