Large Double Room w/ Corner Sofa, Sky TV, Netflix, Fridge

“Would definitely stay again. Everything is in one room minus the shower and bathroom. Really spacious and cosy lay out.”

The layout was well organised, replies were quick, and the check‑in instructions were easy to follow. Nothing negative.

“Definitely will be again”

The room was lovely, clean, and the host was very kind and helpful.

The price‑to‑quality ratio was good for a basic service, Richard was responsive, and it was easy to park my motorcycle in front of his house in a quiet neighbourhood. However, because I’m not used to this type of accommodation on the road, I felt a lack of explanation about how the place worked, which was quite serious.

The room was very large, clean, modern, and of good quality, located on the ground floor of a family house with a large sofa and some cooking facilities. The private toilet was outside the room on the ground floor, and the shower was upstairs with the rest of the family, though I never used it. Motorbike parking was safe on the drive or path next to the house. The house is a bit remote on a housing estate but only a five‑minute drive to Newhaven. The bedroom had no lock, which might worry some, but the host was responsive, and the price was very reasonable for the quality.

Everything was perfect: booking was easy, finding the place was straightforward, check‑in was smooth, and I always knew where everything was. There was nothing to criticize.
