The atmosphere was unforgettable, paired with pronounced friendliness and helpfulness. The Hacienda itself is a unique experience, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. A special thanks to Oskar for his outstanding help that went far beyond the usual duty. The hotel is a must‑experience, though everything was already perfect!

Almost everything was great. The hotel, converted from a museum, is worth staying just to admire the facilities and the displayed objects. On top of that, it offers a magnificent restaurant, a very good spa, and the service from all staff is outstanding. The only drawback is the breakfast, which is the only part that doesn’t match the rest—it's preset with very few options.

This historic hotel is adorned with many art pieces, has a great restaurant, and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed because the access to Chimborazo was easy, and we appreciated the staff’s attention and the chocolate they gave us at night.

The accommodation is fantastic, even more beautiful than the photos show. I felt like I was in a fairy tale. The spa area is also gorgeous and highly recommended.
