Red Roof Inn Franklin, TN

“Kommunikation leider unzureichend, daher nicht wieder.”

The central location was great, but the room was very small and we had to extend our stay for personal reasons; the staff couldn't resolve this in the evening, and they didn't reply to an email, so we ended up moving to another hotel.

“Great”

Ants were everywhere in the room, so I had to kill many of them; the room definitely needs a spray treatment.

“Good night sleep”

Everything was perfect, and there was nothing negative to mention.

“Okay for 1 night but i definitely wouldn’t book again :(”

The bed was comfy and the shower was spacious, but the room was infested with bugs, the staff were rude and somewhat aloof, and the door didn't seal properly, leaving a visible crack; overall, the cleanliness and service quality didn't justify the price I paid.

Inside was clean; outside was not well maintained.
